These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of reach.menu (the "Service"), operated by reach.menu (the "Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
reach.menu is a digital contact-card / link-in-bio service. You build a card with your details and links, share it via a public URL (reach.menu/yourhandle), a QR code, and Apple/Google Wallet passes, and optionally collect contact details from visitors who choose to share them with you through the card's Connect form.
Sign-in is passwordless: an email magic link, or Google, LinkedIn, or Apple sign-in. You're responsible for keeping access to that email or provider account secure — anyone who can sign in there can sign in to reach.menu as you. You choose a unique handle for your card's public URL, subject to availability and to a list of names we reserve for the Service itself (e.g. system pages like /privacy and /terms).
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate this section.
You retain ownership of the content you add to your card — your name, photo, bio, and links. You grant the Company a limited, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as necessary to operate the Service, including on the public card page, in QR codes, and inside Apple/Google Wallet passes you choose to generate. You represent that you have the right to use and share the content you upload.
When a visitor to your card submits their name, email, phone, or message through the Connect form under the consent checkbox, you (the card owner) are the data controller for that captured contact information, and reach.menu acts only as a processor on your instructions (see our Privacy Policy). As controller, you're responsible for:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, including third-party dependencies such as OAuth providers, email delivery, and Apple/Google Wallet services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from account settings, which removes your cards, connections, and associated data. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
